Meknes, Morocco : In collaboration with the Regional Investment Center of Meknès-Tafilalet and the Moulay Ismail University of Meknès.

This mission followed the signing of a framework cooperation agreement with the Moulay Ismail University in Meknes.
Fifty appointment B to B were organized, mainly in the sectors of agriculture, accounting, health and construction. Several business dinners also facilitated cooperation.

Budapest and Debrecen, Hungaria : In collaboration with the Hungarian Embassy in France and the Hungarian agencies for economic development HITA (in Budapest) and INNOVA (in Debrecen), and the tourism office of Hungary.

Higher education, medical and pharmaceutical sector were particularly represented during this mission. Partnerships in the city of Debrecen, the second university center of the country, were initiated. Agricultural and pharmaceutical research have been identified as areas of cooperation to strengthen.

March 28th – April 1st 2010 (31 people)

Tashkent, Uzbekistan : In partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Toulouse.

178 B to B meetings were organized between entrepreneurs and business developers of the delegation and partners in the country.

Sectors particularly represented: industry, defense, aerospace, information technology, health, agriculture, transport, higher education and research.

That success led to another mission conducted later with Mrs Idrac, then Secretary of State for Foreign Trade, where elements of cooperation have been identified, particularly in aeronautics, agriculture, water, environment and energy.
